Terms of Service
This document (the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you and LifeCoach5.com (Evan Money inc.) that governs your subscription (the "Subscription Service") and use of Life Coach 5's online videos and other services available at www.LifeCoach5.com (the Materials). The terms below will apply to you if you register for the Life Coach 5 subscription.
By filling out the signup form you will automatically become a subscriber and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to gain access to the Life Coach Video Library and Materials, and to earn optional bonuses referring new subscribers.
You acknowledge that by signing up for this subscription that you will be charged $397.00 and you also acknowledge that 30 days from your order date you will be charged the $397.00 a month ( month to month no contract). To cancel simply send a letter with name, address, phone, e-mail and credit card used via fax 888-584-8003 or letter to Evan Money inc. 30146 Via Victoria Rpv CA 90275. You also acknowledge that your monthly fee is not prorated and will not be refunded in part if you cancel part-way through your month.
You agree to pay for the Subscription Service you purchase and Evan Money inc. may charge your billing payment method for any and all one-time and recurring payment(s). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and confidential and you will be responsible for any charges that are incurred by any person through your account. All charges will be billed to the billing payment method you designate when you first subscribe.
Your subscription must be completely cancelled before payment has been taken / charged for the next month, or else you are liable to pay for the following month. Cancellations will be processed in 48 hours or less, and only a confirmation of subscription cancellation email guarantees your request has been received and your subscription cancelled. We take no responsibility for lost or non-deliverable emails. After a full 90 day subscription you are not completly satisfied, simply fax or mail a letter with REFUND on the top with the information requested in the Agreement to Pay section to the address or fax listed in the Agreement to Pay section above and we will credit your card within 5 busines days.
Your subscription application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
If Life Coach 5 receives a notice alleging that you have engaged in behavior that infringes Life Coach 5’s or other's intellectual property rights or other violation, or reasonably suspects the same, Life Coach 5 may suspend or terminate your account without notice to you. If Life Coach 5 suspends or terminates your account under this paragraph, it shall have no liability or responsibility to you, including any amounts that you have previously paid.
Life Coach 5 may, at any time, lose the right to make certain Materials available. In such an event, you will no longer be able to obtain these Materials.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that we may provide at various times optional bonuses for you to send referrals to the website for any and all information regarding the program. You may use graphic and text links both on other websites and in emails. Our site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2. You cannot make false income claims; it is illegal for any subscriber to make ANY kind of income claim OTHER than their ACTUAL BONUS. You cannot SPAM or send mass illegal emails of any kind. You may only send to email addresses you have been personally given by the receiver. This is a Zero-Tolerance Policy!
When an email recipient clicks through your link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your subscription. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your name. When this person decides to purchase a subscription, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the bonus. Visitors sent through your subscription link may purchase a subscription later in time and the bonus will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.
The Subscription Service and the Materials may contain and/or comprise copyrighted and/or other proprietary subject matter, and your use of them is governed by this Agreement, certain end-user license agreements, and applicable law.
These terms will begin upon your signup with the subscription program and will end when your subscription account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your subscription. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Upon referrals signing up with our program, you will receive signup bonuses. These can amount to some form of cash equivalent. These signup bonuses will only be paid out when your referrals have completed the entire registration process and fully paid to begin their Subscription Service to our site. You cannot redeem these credits for anything else other than what they are.
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of bonuses) due to subscription tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the subscription program and/or advice given at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the subscription program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
You also agree that following the advice of any of the life coaches is done at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wowevan.com Life Coach 5 and its agents, employees, representatives, licensors, affiliates, parents and subsidiaries from and against any and all claims, losses, demands, causes of action and judgments (including attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or concerning your breach of this Agreement and your use of the Subscription Service, or the Materials and to reimburse them on demand for any losses, costs or expenses they incur as a result thereof. If you engage Life Coach 5 , wowevan.com , Evan money inc. or Evan money or its agents, employees, representatives, licensors, affiliates, parents and subsidiaries in any type of legal action, you agree to purchaser agrees that any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of this transaction shall be resolved at the request of either party through binding arbitration. For transactions within the United States such arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California in accordance with the then-existing rules of the American Arbitration Association. For transactions across international borders such arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California in accordance with the then-existing rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The Federal Arbitration Act (Title 9 U.S. Code Section 1 et seq.) shall govern all arbitration and confirmation proceedings. Both parties intend that this agreement to arbitrate be irrevocable.
Subscribers must be over the age of 18
Any video in the Lifecoach5.com library are sole property of Lifecoach5.com and not authorized for reproduction or duplication.
